Unlike conventional domestic pressure washers, our purpose built equipment delivers a high volume of water at variable pressure, up to 120 ºC. This means dirt and grime is removed quickly and more effectively without such a need for chemicals.

Stubborn Stains

For more stubborn stains or grease and oil, we may need to use cleaning fluids to produce a clean surface. Wherever possible we will use biodegradable materials.

Cleaner for Longer

Specialist coatings can be applied to your patio to help prevent the build-up of moss and algae. Walls can be treated to help keep dirt and grime at bay.

Caring for your Property

We are used to working both inside and outside properties. We will use temporary protective sheets and boards where necessary. We will leave your garden clean after our work , wipe down any splashes.

Frequently Asked Questions from our customers

Will my own pressure washer clean my drive?
Most domestic pressure washers will remove some dirt, grime and algae but it is hard work and can take a long time. With our equipment, the variable pressure, hot water and greater flow rate, the clean is more effective and efficient.

Can the use of patio cleaners help me?
Yes. They are readily available but are not always biodegradable. We use hot water up to 120ºC which removes the need for such aggressive chemicals. Are your insured?

Could the surface be damaged during cleaning?
Lance-a-Lot limited will always assess the surface before starting work and tell you of any existing damage or area that may be a risk. We do not need to use high pressure to remove dirt. Our hot water or cleaning fluids will loosen the dirt and debris allowing a lower pressure to be used.

Do I have to supply you with water and power?
Our equipment is self-contained, carrying its own water and fuel. If more than one 1,000 litre tank of water is required (and there is no standpipe access nearby that is safe to use) we may have to use your domestic supply of water.

Is it expensive to use you?
No. Our charges are the same as any skilled tradesman. We have no doubt that once we have cleaned you will be delighted with the result.
